The Community Relations Manager recruits, trains, and retains community relations representatives to increase business growth. Melissa will be networking with referral organizations throughout the community, educating them on the benefits of hospice and palliative care, including churches, medical centers, nursing homes, community centers, industry associations, and private physicians. Melissa has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years and has experience as a Community Sales Representative creating positive working relationships with key referral partners and referral influencers in the medical community.
