COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- OKIKA DEVICES
Colorado Springs, Okika (https://www.okikadevices.com/) Devices (https://www.okikadevices.com/) Corporation (https://www.okikadevices.com/) (Okika), a leader in analog signal processing today announced it has completed the acquisition of Arizona-based Anadigm, (https://www.andigm.com/) Inc. (https://www.andigm.com/) (Anadigm). Okika will assume all products, operations and support and assist in advancing Anadigm's Field Programmable Analog Array (FPAA) technology in the analog integrated circuit (IC) marketplace.
Okika is a cutting-edge, engineering-focused company specializing in analog signal processing, including FPAA IC's and analog design solutions. This acquisition marks the successful culmination of a seven-year collaboration with Anadigm, aimed at accelerating the market introduction of FPAA products. The partnership has now come to a successful conclusion with Okika's acquisition of Anadigm.

"We're excited to kick off the year by welcoming Anadigm into Okika," said William Staunton, CEO of Okika. "FPAA integrated circuits are cutting-edge solutions that bring in-circuit analog reconfigurability to traditionally fixed discrete analog component solutions, enabling reductions in size, weight, power, and cost for our customers."
"As we look at advanced analog integrated circuit solutions, FPAAs provide the opportunity to change the analog IC market along the same path as has occurred with
Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) in the digital market", says Okika President,
David Czajkowski. "Anadigm makes a perfect acquisition to launch our technology
capabilities and provide a foundation for which to build even more advanced system-on-a-chip analog FPAAs"

About Anadigm
Anadigm Inc., based in Mesa, AZ, is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in dynamically programmable Analog Signal Processors (dpASP) and Field Programmable Analog Arrays (FPAA). Their innovative technology allows for real-time reconfiguration of analog circuits, enabling designers to define and update analog functionalities through software. This approach simplifies the design process and accelerates the transition from concept to production.
A key product in Anadigm's lineup is the AN231E04 FPAA. This chip features a matrix of Configurable Analog Blocks (CABs), each equipped with operational amplifiers, comparators, SAR registers access to lookup table, and programmable capacitors. Such architecture facilitates rapid prototyping and deployment of analog signal processing systems, making it suitable for applications like programmable analog filters and universal RFID tag readers.
To support designers, Anadigm offers the AnadigmDesigner2 software, a free tool that enables users to build and test analog circuits before implementation. This software provides a library of Configurable Analog Modules (CAMs), such as gain stages, filters, and integrators, allowing for higher-level abstraction in analog design.
