LONGMONT, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- LunaFest, the multi-day music and arts festival celebrated for its inclusive and community-focused mission, is thrilled to announce its triumphant return for 2026. After a brief hiatus, LunaFest '26 will take place from June 15-21, 2026, building on the phenomenal success of its 2024 predecessor.
The 2024 festival, held in Boulder, set a new standard for community events by featuring over 90 bands across multiple genres, including electronic, hip hop, pop, and rock. It was widely praised for its unwavering commitment to supporting LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC artists, creating a safe and welcoming space for all attendees. The event's success extended beyond the stage, with partnerships with organizations like Punk Rock Saves Lives and a focus on raising funds directly for performing artists, cementing its status as a festival with a purpose.
Building on that legacy, LunaFest '26 promises to be bigger, bolder, and more expansive than ever before. This year's theme, "Resurgence," is a direct reflection of the festival's powerful return. Luna is working to curate an even larger lineup of diverse musical talent and interactive art installations, all designed to foster connection and joy.

"The energy at LunaFest '24 was electric, and it proved that our community is hungry for events that are not only entertaining but also meaningful," said Luna Wolf, the festival's founder. "We've taken that inspiration and poured it into planning LunaFest '26. We are back 'with a vengeance,' as our theme says, and we can't wait to celebrate with our community in Longmont."
LunaFest '26 is a celebration of art, music, and the power of a united community. The festival will feature a full week of live music, food trucks, local vendors, and immersive art experiences designed to engage and inspire. Following the festival's core belief in accessibility, LunaFest '26 operates on a NOTAFLOF (No One Turned Away for Lack of Funds), honor-system ticketing model, ensuring zero lines and zero embarrassment for attendees. 100% of all proceeds will go directly to the artists.
About LunaFest: LunaFest is a music and arts festival dedicated to creating a vibrant, inclusive, and safe space for artists and attendees. Founded on the principles of community, diversity, and artistic expression, LunaFest supports emerging and established talent by ensuring all proceeds go directly to the performing artists. The festival is a celebration of joy and the power of art to bring people together.
