LITTLETON, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- The Landscape Connection, Inc., a premier landscape design, architecture, and construction firm in Littleton, is transitioning to a shared ownership model after more than four decades of operation. Founded and solely owned by Joe Low, the company will now be co-owned by several key employees and its long-time business advisor.
Since its inception, The Landscape Connection has navigated industry shifts, embraced innovation, and built a strong reputation for excellence in residential landscape design and construction. A cornerstone of the company's success has been its positive workplace culture, which has fostered long-term employee retention, with many team members having dedicated years—some even decades—to the business.
Reflecting on this transition, founder Joe Low shared, "I couldn't be prouder of this team—their dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment to sustainable, high-quality landscape design have been instrumental in our success. Expanding ownership to those who have played a direct role in shaping the company's legacy is both a privilege and a natural progression."
