Building Your Self Esteem and Increasing Your Personal Power are an opportunity to focus on the positive aspects in one's life.
"I designed these meditations as part of a program to enhance personal growth," said Dr. Stark. "I recommend playing them daily for several weeks."
The meditation Building Your Self Esteem is filled with positive self-image statements to promote good, loving feelings. The other audio recording Increasing Your Personal Power is designed to build self-confidence and help people feel capable to move forward in life with the inner knowledge that they can do it.
