COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- Illumin8 Outdoor Lighting Acquires Alpine Edge Landscape Lighting
Colorado Springs, CO – 3-9-2026 – Illumin8 Outdoor Lighting has announced the acquisition of Alpine Edge Landscape Lighting, expanding its presence in the Colorado landscape lighting market while continuing the trusted service Alpine Edge clients have relied on for years.
Under the acquisition, Alpine Edge Landscape Lighting will continue operating under its established name as a division of Illumin8 Outdoor Lighting. The transition is designed to provide continuity for existing clients while introducing operational improvements and expanded service capabilities.
Alpine Edge founder Mark Stansec will remain involved with the company in a sales and advisory role. His continued involvement will help maintain the design philosophy and customer relationships that have defined the Alpine Edge brand.

Illumin8 Outdoor Lighting owner Bryan Daniel brings more than two decades of hands-on experience in the landscape lighting industry. Since 2004, Bryan has worked directly in the design, installation, service, and repair of outdoor lighting systems for residential properties.
"This acquisition is about protecting what Alpine Edge clients already value while strengthening the service behind it," said Bryan. "I'm not a private equity investor, this is a family owned business. I've spent my entire career working in this industry, designing and installing lighting systems and taking pride in doing the work the right way."
Existing Alpine Edge customers should expect very little disruption during the transition. All existing warranties will continue to be honored, and current lighting systems will remain fully supported.
While maintaining the same commitment to quality and service, the integration will introduce several new conveniences for customers. Planned improvements include online service scheduling, increased service availability, and the ability to pay invoices by credit card.
