For those who may be new to bike commuting or getting back into it after some time away, advance clinics hosted by local businesses and community partners are available. These clinics cover topics such as preparing your body for riding, safe riding practices, finding the right bike and fitting it properly, and basic bike maintenance.
Businesses and organizations can also show their support for Bike to Work Day by becoming a corporate champion, hosting an advance clinic, or signing up as a breakfast station.
