"I am incredibly excited to rejoin K2 Integrity's incredible team of financial crimes and national security leaders," said Him Das. "Regulatory risks arise from the intersection of rules on AML/CFT, sanctions, investment security, export controls, and trade, and I look forward to working with financial institutions, companies, and governments seeking to navigate an increasingly complex and evolving geoeconomic landscape."
Him is recognized internationally as an expert on AML/CFT, sanctions, investment security, export controls, and trade matters, drawing on his experience in various roles in the U.S. government, and will focus on helping financial institutions, companies, and governments build compliance programs, assess and navigate regulatory risks, and implement monitorships and oversight mechanisms.
Him brings both technical expertise, with a broad strategic perspective, from his time serving as a senior government lawyer and policy maker.
