The Society for Scientific Exploration is proud to announce their 44th Annual Conference event will be held June 17–21, 2026, at the Denver Marriott Westminster Hotel in Colorado.
BOULDER, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- The Society for Scientific Exploration (SSE) announced that neuroscientist Robin Carhart-Harris will serve as a featured keynote speaker at the 44th Annual International Conference, taking place June 17–21, 2026, at the Denver Marriott Westminster Hotel in Colorado.
As scientific and public interest in consciousness studies and emerging mental health research continues to expand, Robin Carhart-Harris will present "How Psychedelics Work: Illuminating the Hidden Mind," exploring how altered states of consciousness are shaping understanding of brain function and therapeutic science. Dr. Carhart-Harris is internationally recognized for his research examining the effects of psychedelics and psychedelic-assisted therapy. His research program at the University of California, San Francisco focuses on understanding how altered states influence brain activity and human cognition. He has been recognized among leading voices in medical and neuroscience research.
