DENVER - Governor Polis applauded members of the U.S. Senate who helped pass the Respect for Marriage Act.
"In Colorado, we will continue to protect and expand freedom. I am glad the majority of the U.S. Senate has acted to protect the freedom of Americans to marry who they love so people can live the life they want. Government shouldn't be micromanaging people's lives and we all should continue to build a country where we are judged by what we do and stand for," said Governor Polis.
