Celebrate Holiday Magic with Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum

~ The Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum (CSPM) is gearing up for its annual Festival of Lights Family Fun Day, set to take place on Saturday, December 7 from 2-6 p.m. Families are invited to join in on the festivities before heading to the downtown parade.

The event promises a variety of activities and performances for all ages. Attendees can look forward to a 50% off Story Artist Demonstration by Vashti Mims, an Awesome Archaeology session with City of Colorado Springs Archaeologist Mark Cervantes, and a History of Printing Trade and Typesetting Activity by the Union Printers Home. The Bear Creek Nature Center Puppet Show, Professor Higgins' Magic Show, and Snow Sisters' Holiday Celebration Performance and Meet & Greet are also on the schedule.

As the evening approaches, guests can warm up with hot chocolate and cookies served outside the museum's entrance starting at 6:00 p.m. To accommodate the event, the CSPM will be closed for general visitation at 1:00 p.m. and will reopen at 2:00 p.m.
