DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wilson & Company, Inc. Engineers & Architects, a national engineering and architecture firm with award-winning multi-disciplinary projects and a culture defined by exceptional relationships, today announced James Brady, PE, as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2021. Brady has also joined the company's board of directors. Steven Watt, PE, who has been President and Chief Executive Officer since 2010, retired at the end of 2020.
Brady has been with Wilson & Company for 20 years, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer since March 22, 2014, and has been an integral part of the company's continued growth. With experience in transportation planning and design, project management, and construction management, Brady has served in various leadership roles, including overseeing the transportation and rail services. His leadership is defined by creating an environment where everyone can experience a meaningful connection between their career at Wilson & Company and what matters most to them in their personal lives.
Watt has been with the firm for 34 years. As Chief Executive Officer, he unified an entrepreneurial spirit across multiple locations and services into a One Company business approach. Personifying the Wilson & Company ideal of Higher Relationships, his leadership has been a commitment to helping communities find collaborative and innovative solutions to today's transportation and environmental challenges.
