Decorated Vietnam veteran Robert Hess will visit Denver June 26–28 during Rally4Vets' 6,554 mile America Grand Tour, raising awareness for veteran mental health, service dog programs, and America's 250th anniversary.
DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- DENVER, Co. - Rally4Vets, the flagship program of the Disabled Veteran Empowerment Network (DVEN), will arrive in Denver on June 26, as founder and decorated Vietnam veteran Robert Hess continues the Rally4Vets America Grand Tour, a 37 day, 6,554 mile journey across 16 states commemorating America's 250th anniversary.
During his visit through June 28, Hess will meet with members of the local community, veterans, and supporters while continuing Rally4Vets' mission of raising awareness for veteran mental health, connecting veterans with resources, and supporting service dog programs for veterans living with PTSD and other invisible wounds.

Denver marks another significant stop on the nationwide tour, which highlights the service and sacrifices of America's veterans while encouraging communities across the country to recognize those who continue serving long after leaving the military.
"Every community has veterans whose stories deserve to be heard," said Hess. "This journey is about bringing people together, honoring service, and reminding veterans that they are never alone."
Hess welcomes opportunities to speak with local media and community organizations throughout his stay in Denver. He is available for in person, phone, and virtual interviews.
The America Grand Tour has already generated media coverage across multiple states, including a feature by NBC Montana during Robert's recent stop in Bozeman. The interview highlighted Rally4Vets' mission and Robert's cross country journey to honor veterans during America's 250th anniversary.
