Proper care, as instructed by your doctors, as well as proper nutrition may aid in the longevity of your eyesight. This should include Vitamins E and C as well as Beta-Carotene. Spirulina is the best source for Beta-Carotene as it has 1500 Times more beta-Carotene than carrots.

"Take care of your eyes and your eyes will take care of you," reports Super Mike, the CEO of Super Mike Supplements.
