DDB Contracting completes the renovation of Colorado's Park Hyatt Resort and Spa's exterior patio, introducing a beautiful dining pavilion.
EAGLE, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- DDB Contracting, of Newton, NJ completes the renovation of the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa in Eagle County, CO.
The renovation consisted of a 6,000 square foot overhaul of the hotel's exterior patio and outdoor space to introduce the charming Park Hyatt dining pavilion.
The logistically challenging project was completed over the span of 14 weeks.
The renovation presented several challenges, including the installation of 6,000 square feet of structural steel and 8x10 timber beams. The project additionally necessitated the installation of 6,000-pound beams in an active parking garage, which required the removal of mechanical systems, setting up temporary services for beam installation, and service restoration afterward. Despite these challenges, DDB successfully completed the project on time, ensuring no disruption to guests or hotel staff during full occupancy.
