Raulf will trade the usual transformation story for the sequence he botched at a closed-door gathering in Denver for agency founders and CEOs.
DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- International AI SEO expert Chris Raulf, founder and CEO of Boulder SEO Marketing, will serve as a panelist at AgencyCon 2026, held Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM MDT in the Skyline Room at the Children's Museum of Denver. He joins Brian Kato and Marcus Jeffery on a panel moderated by AgencyCon founder Jim Kreinbrink.
A seasoned presenter and host of the AI SEO Insighter Podcast, Raulf has spoken at conferences across Europe and North America and has taught at the University of Strasbourg since 2017.
His panel:
AI Automation Ideas: Tips Specifically for Agency Owners
More on Colorado Desk
The session addresses what owners are running internally rather than what they sell. Raulf will draw on BSM's own automation build, including the AI system he trained on three decades of expertise, and the 2021 core update that erased 80% of its organic traffic and forced the rebuild.
"The reality is that most of us are better at selling transformation than living it. I spent two years building the internal system I should have built five years earlier, and I made most of the expensive mistakes along the way. That is the useful part to talk about in a room of owners," said Raulf.
The format is built to surface operational specifics that larger conferences tend to smooth over.
Raulf's participation follows a year in which about 40% of Boulder SEO Marketing's new client leads began arriving through AI search rather than traditional results, a shift he attributes to restructuring, not output.
The system Raulf will describe is not a prototype. It supports a distributed team of roughly 20, and four developers now work full-time on the platform it grew into. Raulf describes the result as an AI agency that happens to do SEO.
