Colorado Springs: Mountain Metro is making service changes this fall

Trending...
~ Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT) has announced that they will be implementing new service enhancements starting on Sunday, September 28, 2025. These changes aim to improve the overall efficiency and convenience of their services for commuters.

One of the major changes includes the addition of a new stop on Route 3 at Manitou Avenue, specifically at the Dillion Mobility Hub on the east side of Manitou Springs. This will provide easier access for passengers in that area.

Furthermore, Route 9 will now be extended on weekends with a new end point, allowing for more flexibility in travel options. In addition, Route 32's timepoint will be adjusted to facilitate smoother connections with Fountain Municipal Transit.

Route 33 will also see significant changes, including the addition of new stops and the elimination of some current ones. During peak season, there will be an increase in frequency while off-peak season will see a reduction in frequency.

Routes 34 and 38 will have additional stops added while Route 39's timepoint will be changed. Unfortunately, Route 36 will be eliminated due to adjustments made to Routes 3 and 33.
