DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- The Denver Real Estate Meetup, a free monthly gathering for real estate investors, meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 6 p.m. at Jackson's LODO, 1520 20th St. in Denver. The meetup is open to anyone interested in real estate investing, from first time house hackers to investors growing established portfolios.

What began six years ago as a house hacking meetup with four guests has grown into a community of more than 2,700 members, what organizers call Denver's longest running investor meetup. Each month combines open networking with practical education from a guest speaker, with topics ranging from house hacking and rent by the room to renovations, financing and property management.
