WHV partners recognize the unique needs of America's veterans and their families. WHV program levels foster an obligation to provide the best quality of care to those who have served our country. The care-team members are committed to advancing care for Colorado's veterans. Colorado Palliative & Hospice Care has the ability and resources to support the patient when there are specific needs related to the veteran's military service, combat experience or other traumatic events.

Our We Honor Veterans program is strategically focused on walking alongside our veteran patients and giving them the end of life support they need. When a veteran is near the end of their life, we want to be there to help care for them and their family members," said Monty, Mora, Counseling Services Manager.
