ORLANDO, Fla. & NEW YORK - ColoradoDesk -- Intern Pursuit, an intelligent intern management and skill development platform for employers, launched their first Intern Recognition Awards. This is an opportunity for employer members to recognize the outstanding interns that worked with them during the spring 2021 semester. In order to qualify for this award, Intern Pursuit employers nominate interns who were matched by Intern Pursuit with them and demonstrated at least one of the outlined criteria. Overall, Intern Pursuit seeks to recognize those who excel in their job positions, under the mentorship of their amazing employers.
302 LLC
The first winner is Michael Kondracki, who interns at 302 LLC. Under the guidance of his success manager, Deana Galbraith, he was able to excel in the spring quarter. 302 LLC is a Digital User Experience Lab founded in 2014, with the mission to bridge cutting edge technology and the human experience. Deana highlighted Michael's positive attitude and willingness to learn while on the job. She also recognized his consistent contributions, productive observations, and attention to opportunities for improvement. These strongly align with 302's aim to encourage innovative thinkers and their exploration of how emerging technologies can be used to create interactive experiences. Another key trait that Michael demonstrated and made him an outstanding intern, is his collaboration and optimal teamwork. When asked to share a quote that best exemplifies Michael's personality, Deana said, "It is not logic or facts but our hopes and dreams, our hearts and our guts, that drive us to try new things."
