The company purchased two new centers in Loganville and Monroe; the company opened two new centers in Cumming and Dunwoody
ATLANTA - ColoradoDesk -- Peachtree Immediate Care TM, the leading urgent care operator in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area and which is owned by Atlanta-based CRH Healthcare (CRH), acquired its thirty-ninth and fortieth centers in Loganville and Monroe, Georgia yesterday. Both clinics were previously owned and operated by Reddy Urgent Care based in Athens, Georgia. The acquisition marks the eighth urgent care brand that CRH has consolidated in the region under Peachtree Immediate Care, which is partnered and co-brands with the Emory Healthcare Network. The company also opened a new location in the heart of Dunwoody three weeks ago and a new center just east of I-400 in Cumming, GA last week.
The acquired Loganville location, which was opened just before the pandemic, is located across the street from Kentucky Fried Chicken at 4072 Atlanta Hwy. The Monroe clinic, which has operated for many years at its current location, will be relocated in June to the newly constructed facility in front of The Home Depot at 2130 West Spring Street, Suite 300 and directly across the street from the local hospital.
The sites will operate under the Reddy Urgent Care brand until early June and will retain the operational hours of 8AM to 8PM Monday through Saturday and 10AM to 6PM on Sunday during that period. The centers will be rebranded as Peachtree Immediate Care | Emory Healthcare Network in June, consistent with all the other centers in the Atlanta area, and will then change to 8AM to 8PM on Sundays too. Reddy Urgent Care will continue to operate their remaining urgent care centers in and around Athens, Georgia.

"We are excited to begin serving patients in Loganville and Monroe," said Bill Miller, CEO of CRH Healthcare. "We have always wanted to expand our network east of Snellville to these areas. It made more sense for us to purchase these operating centers than to try and compete. The centers will retain the same great staff but will now have the support of the broader Peachtree Immediate Care network of centers and the Emory Healthcare Network."
Peachtree Immediate Care has also recently opened new locations in Cumming and Dunwoody, Georgia as they continue to look for opportunities to expand their network and provide access to urgent care facilities in underserved communities. The Cumming location is located off Exit 14 of Georgia 400 at 868 Buford Road (next to Chili's) while the Dunwoody clinic is located at 5419 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, next to Wells Fargo. The Cumming location was initially operating as a drive-thru COVID-19 testing site while the leased facility was completely renovated, and with renovations complete, it has opened up to offer urgent care services as well as Covid testing (rapid, PCR, antibody) inside the center. Both the Cumming and Dunwoody clinics will be open from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.
All centers are staffed by capable providers—board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants—as well as very capable clinical and support staff. The centers share a common electronic medical record system and online check-in capability, in addition to each having an on-site lab and digital x-ray suite.
