FORT COLLINS, Colo., Sept. 9, 2024 ~ OtterBox, a leading phone case manufacturer, has recently announced the release of their new portfolio of cases for the iPhone 16 lineup. These cases are not only compatible with Camera Control, but also feature upgrades to fan favorites such as the Defender Series and Symmetry Series.
According to OtterBox CEO Trey Northrup, these new cases showcase the company's ability to continuously innovate and solve new challenges. They can also be converted into wrist straps for added convenience. The Symmetry Series Soft Touch and award-winning Cactus Leather options are also back for the iPhone 16 lineup with new trendy colors. Additionally, coordinating OtterBox Cactus Leather MagSafe Wallets will be available soon. All Symmetry Series cases are compatible with Camera Control on the iPhone 16 models.

In addition to these updates, OtterBox has also revamped their Defender Series Pro case for MagSafe compatibility. This updated design pays homage to the rugged legacy of Defender Series while increasing drop protection to 7 times more than military standard (MIL-STD-810G 516.6). The Defender Series Pro XT is also available in clear or graphics-adorned backs with a pop of color and visible MagSafe ring. Both versions are compatible with Camera Control on the iPhone 16.
The portfolio also includes the Commuter Series and various OtterBox glass screen protection options. All of these cases are compatible with Camera Control and are currently available for purchase on otterbox.com.
With their latest portfolio of cases, OtterBox continues to prioritize both protection and functionality for iPhone 16 users. These new upgrades and compatibility with Camera Control make them a top choice for those looking to keep their phone safe while also staying on-trend.
