KATY, Texas - ColoradoDesk -- Inframark, an industry-leading applied technology and solutions company, specializing in water and wastewater treatment, and community management services across the U.S., is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of RCP Community Management (RCP) – significantly expanding the company's footprint in the Phoenix market.
Located in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix, RCP is a full-service community management provider, offering a comprehensive portfolio of property management services for homeowner associations (HOAs). With over 20 years of experience in the industry, RCP has established a leadership position in the market, as evidenced by a 96% customer satisfaction rate. The company was founded by Kevin and Corilee Bishop, who were HOA board members and recognized an opportunity to create a higher service-level community management company. The Bishops, joined by several family members over the years, established RCP to fill a gap in the market – offering a professional, friendly management company to help communities maintain financial solvency while enhancing the value of the community and improving the quality of life for residents. Mr. Bishop and other key leaders are excited to join the Inframark team, continuing to provide premium service to their existing and new customers in the Phoenix area.
Kevin Bishop, RCP co-founder and president, shared enthusiasm about the transition to Inframark, "We are excited about the partnership with Inframark and the opportunity to further differentiate RCP in the Phoenix marketplace. We are 100% committed to being a positive influence in the communities where we serve, and being part of the Inframark family will only enhance our capabilities."

The addition of RCP enhances Inframark's existing Arizona-based services, which were strengthened earlier this year with the acquisition of another Phoenix-area community management leader, Cornerstone Properties, Inc. The expansion of the community management capabilities is complemented by Inframark's growing water infrastructure services in the state – recently augmented with the acquisition of Mehall Contracting, a wastewater management service provider, offering full-spectrum wastewater services, including recurring service, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Chris Tarase, President of Inframark's Community Management group, commented, "We are excited to welcome the talented RCP team to Inframark. It's clear that their values of delivering excellence in service and value delivery align perfectly with Inframark's client partnership vision. The combination of our existing team, first with Cornerstone and now RCP, creates a significant market presence that we believe will help us deliver greater value and impact to our Arizona-based clients, employees, and communities than ever before."
"The addition of RCP to Inframark adds considerable scale to our community management capabilities and fully supports our cross-disciplinary service model in the market. We've strategically assembled a top-notch team here, which we believe is unlike any competitor in the area. It's a market where we bring to bear the expansive service offerings of the Inframark platform, enabling Inframark to be a true, multi-functional partner to the community," said Jim Irwin, Inframark's Executive Vice President of Corporate Development.
