Quick Review of 2025 and Outlook for 2026 and NEW Course: AI for Investigators! Karen S. Beers – Awarded WAD Honorary Life Membership
GREELEY, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- Quick Review of 2025 and Outlook for 2026
As 2024 came to an end and the first half of 2025, there were some continuing health concerns for Dean, and required additional surgery for a cardiac device implant. All business operations, expert consultations, and legal investigations continued without delay or interruption.
* We attended the National Association of Legal Investigators (NALI) conference in Denver – the first in several years. Then the Professional Private Investigators of Colorado (PPIAC) annual conference. Both were greatly informative – and seeing many old, and making new, friends.
* We could not attend the 100th Anniversary for the World Association of Detectives (WAD), Karen is the Administrative Manager. Executive Director Bob Heales surprised her at the PPIAC conference with the WAD Life Membership unanimously awarded by the Board of Directors!

* We have updated and introduced new courses to our InvestigativeCourses.com (http://www.InvestigativeCourses.com) training platform, with several more planned in the first six months of 2026.
In 2026 we will continue to expand on our expert consultations throughout Colorado and nationwide. For over 38 years we have adapted to the needs of our clients. We greatly appreciate every opportunity, and Thank You all! Most important – Family!

Featured Commentary (January): Empowered PI: Harnessing AI – PIs Adapting Intelligently
For professional investigators, AI is now one of the tools we should be adapting to our toolbox – adding to the search engines, calendaring, invoicing, transcription, and the investigative databases we all use. It is no longer should investigators use AI, but investigators using AI should do so without compromising our skills, ethics, or evidentiary value.
