~ The Colorado Springs City Council is seeking three dedicated individuals to serve as volunteers on the Lodgers and Automobile Rental Tax (LART) Citizens' Advisory Committee. This committee plays a crucial role in advising the City Council on how to allocate revenues generated by the LART, which helps shape the future of Colorado Springs.
There are currently two open positions for Citizen-at-Large and one for a Hotel/Motel Representative. To be eligible for the Citizen-at-Large positions, applicants must reside within the city limits of Colorado Springs. The Hotel/Motel Representative must work in the hotel industry.

The committee meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday at 2 p.m. Interested individuals must submit their applications by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2025. Applications can be completed online at ColoradoSprings.gov/boards.
