~ Colorado Springs residents are in for a treat as Mayor Yemi Mobolade and the City Councilmembers have announced the 2025 Report Out Community Tour. This seven-stop tour will provide an opportunity for residents to engage with their local elected officials and share their input on the strategic direction of the city.
The tour, which will take place in May and June, will include a stop in each of the six City Council districts as well as a telephone townhall. The purpose of these sessions is to update residents on the progress made by Mayor Yemi in his first two years in office and to discuss important issues such as public safety, infrastructure, housing solutions, economic vitality, and community activation.
Residents are encouraged to register in advance at ColoradoSprings.gov/ReportOut for any of the sessions they wish to attend. The first session will take place on Friday, May 23 from 6-8 p.m. at Zeal Church in District 5/Central with Councilmember Nancy Henjum. This will be followed by a session on Thursday, May 29 from 6-8 p.m. at Woodmen Valley Church Heights Campus in District 6/East with Councilmember Roland Rainey.

On Monday, June 2 from 6-8 p.m., residents can attend a session at Sierra High School Auditorium in District 4/Southeast with Councilmember Kimberly Gold. The following day, Tuesday, June 3 from 6-8 p.m., there will be a session at The Classical Academy North Campus Auditorium in District 2/North with Councilmember Tom Bailey.
The tour continues on Wednesday, June 4 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Coronado High School in District 1/Northwest. The final stop will be on Thursday, June 12 from 6-8 p.m. at Pikes Peak State College South Campus Atrium in District 3/Southwest with Councilmember Brandy Williams.
For those unable to attend an in-person session, there will be a telephone townhall on Thursday, June 5 from 6-7 p.m. This will be open to all residents and will last approximately one hour. Participants can ask live questions, participate in polls, or simply listen in. To guarantee a call, residents must register online by 3 p.m. on Thursday, June 5 at Telephone Town Hall Registration.
