This initiative, led by the Susan Crown Exchange (SCE), aims to train 1 million youth sports coaches by 2025.
The grant, which also includes support from ESPN, will allow PRCS to train 300 coaches by the end of 2024 through the Positive Coaching Alliance. This training program focuses on equipping coaches with the necessary skills and techniques to foster positive youth development.
Will Davis, City of Colorado Springs Youth Sports program administrator, expressed his gratitude for being chosen as a recipient of this grant.
