DENVER ~ Governor Polis of Denver has issued an order for flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of the late Senator Lindsey Graham. The order, which went into effect today, will continue until 6:00pm on July 18th.
The decision to lower the flags was made as a mark of respect for Senator Graham's memory and his longstanding service to the country. President Trump's proclamation, which was released alongside the order, stated that the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff at the White House and all public buildings and grounds, as well as military posts and naval stations.

This gesture will also extend to all naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia and throughout the United States and its Territories and possessions. Additionally, all United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad will also fly their flags at half-staff for the same period.
