• Using the instruction on the screen, you will now be able to reset your password. You can create a new password by keeping all the password guidelines in mind.
• Now, using the new password, you can re-login into your account

When you do not have access to your email id or phone number, you can recover your account as below.

• On visiting the main page of facebook.com, click onto need help and then forgot the password.
• You will then need to click on do not have access to this i: e your email id or password
• You will then be asked to choose one of your contacts from your friend list who will receive the verification code and then you can do Facebook account recovery.
