The merger brings together two mission-driven organizations to create a full-service communications and marketing agency grounded in strong client relationships, disciplined execution, and long-term impact. As of January 1, 2026, both ASR Media and Social T Marketing & PR have ceased independent operations.

Turnstone Creative unites deep expertise across public relations, marketing leadership, social media, digital communications, storytelling, and video production within a single integrated team. More importantly, the merger formalizes a long-standing collaboration built on shared values, complementary strengths, and a proven approach to client and project management.

Russo, founder of ASR Media, serves as Turnstone's Chief Community and Culture Officer. Tina Hasselbusch, founder of Social T Marketing & PR, serves as Chief Executive Officer. Additional members of the leadership team include President Katie Santana, Vice President of Operations Rachel Moyer, Vice President of Client Experience Stephanie Mettler, and Vice President of Post-Production Abby Mutschler.

The merger represents a natural evolution of the companies' relationship. In 2012, Russo, Hasselbusch, and Santana collaborated closely to launch ASR Media. In 2017, after identifying a growing need for strategic marketing and public relations services in the Lehigh Valley, Hasselbusch launched Social T Marketing & PR while continuing to work in close partnership with ASR Media. Over time, the firms developed shared systems, aligned standards, and a unified approach to client service.
