DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- Zen Windows has announced three new executive-level hires that have nothing to do with the current industry playbook.
That's exactly how they wanted it.
The traditional residential window and door replacement industry today consists of competitors who shuffle the same deck of shifty suits. Zen Windows decided to bring in three people who saw right through their playbooks and knew exactly what to do about it.
These new industry disrupters include Zachary Crosby as Director of Sales, Elle McLemore as Marketing Specialist, and Matthew Richardson as Director of Operations.
Zen Windows has spent years proving that the home improvement industry doesn't have to be a soul-deadening experience for anyone involved. These three are here to turn up the volume on that belief.
Mr. Crosby didn't join just to sell windows - he's here to convince people that there's a much better way of purchasing them. He joins Zen to build a sales culture that feels nothing like a sales culture, and feels more like a stress-free customer experience.

Ms. McLemore makes brands feel like real people worth knowing. She enters Zen to ensure the world stops scrolling past and starts paying attention, charged with amplifying the Zen Windows brand and connecting with homeowners across its service areas.
Mr. Richardson joins bringing a background in scaling field service operations, and process improvement. He specializes in building the systems and workflows that keep installation teams accountable and customers informed at every stage of a job. His work spans process development, franchise owner support, and cross-market coordination, with a focus on turning operational complexity into repeatable, measurable outcomes.
"The window industry has been running the same tired playbook for decades, high-pressure sales, manufactured urgency, and homeowners left feeling like they just survived something. Changing that isn't just about doing things differently, it's about finding people who genuinely believe it needs to change. Zachary, Elle, and Matt are those people. Together they're strengthening every part of how we show up for homeowners: how we sell, how we communicate, and how we deliver. We didn't enter this industry to play the game, we're here to change the rules of it."

Watch this space - or don't. Either way, something is about to change and the window industry just might have to reflect on their old ways because of it.
