In addition to the hotel's unique offerings, Stout NYC Hospitality Group will now operate Alto Rooftop - the only rooftop in Montclair - and Allegory Restaurant & Bar. Both venues are set to undergo significant renovations and rebranding later this year in collaboration with hotel ownership. This includes the launch of a new coastal Mediterranean concept adjacent to the hotel.
Percy Rodriguez, COO of Stout NYC Hospitality Group expressed excitement about this partnership saying, "The MC Hotel is a natural fit for us given Montclair's dynamic scene and proximity to NYC. We look forward to bringing our elevated take on hospitality across the river."
Leading the culinary vision for both restaurants will be Chef Dan Drohan who will ensure that their menus align with Stout NYC Hospitality Group's commitment to quality and innovation. The menus will feature a robust cocktail program with a selection of craft beers and premium pours - including Guinness which is deeply woven into the fabric of Stout NYC Hospitality Group's portfolio.
Located in downtown Montclair near popular attractions such as Wellmont Theater, Montclair State University, and the Montclair Art Museum, The MC Hotel and its restaurants serve as a gateway to key cultural events like the Montclair Jazz and Film Festivals.
