Automatic tracking of SMS messages provides both the contact's history within the Buying Buddy solution, along with information about whether the contact engaged with the content that was messaged to them. Agents can then use these details in order to customize and contextualize their SMS marketing efforts to reach their leads and prospects in a more targeted manner.
