Following the IEEE conference, Harrington participated in the 2025 International Education Conference from December 13 to December 16 with Evertek Singapore Chief Executive Officer Mr. Wu. The conference convened representatives from international education institutions, industry, and policy sectors.

As part of the Taiwan visit, New Angles US Group formally signed a cooperation agreement with Next-Generation Entrepreneurship Development Think Tank, founded by Mr. Tsai.
