During the visit, Harrington attended the 2025 IEEE Global Communications Conference from December 9 to December 11, engaging in exchanges and research alongside Lanix European Vice President LEO. Discussions focused on Taiwan's role in communications technology, industrial applications, and global supply chains, highlighting the region's technological strength and strategic importance within the global telecommunications ecosystem.
Following the IEEE conference, Harrington participated in the 2025 International Education Conference from December 13 to December 16 with Evertek Singapore Chief Executive Officer Mr. Wu. The dialogue centered on experimental education models, cross-border learning systems, and the future direction of global education frameworks. The conference convened representatives from international education institutions, industry, and policy sectors.

As part of the Taiwan visit, New Angles US Group formally signed a cooperation agreement with Next-Generation Entrepreneurship Development Think Tank, founded by Mr. Tsai. Centered on the Asia-Pacific region, the partnership will jointly develop instructor training and certification systems, online education platforms, membership and referral programs, and enterprise training initiatives, while advancing AI-assisted transformation programs to help Asia-Pacific enterprises prepare for the next decade of organizational, technological, and workforce evolution. The collaboration will also extend to public initiatives related to national development.
