The company was also named one of Fortune magazine's "Best Workplaces for Aging Services for the second year in a row. Earning these designations was particularly meaningful for the company, following a tumultuous year of battling COVID and working to keep residents and team members happy, healthy, and engaged.

Great Place to Work is an independent research and consulting firm that evaluates more than 60 elements of team members' experience on the job. These include employee pride in the organization's community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees' experiences, no matter who they are or what they do. The Great Place to Work Institute considered more than 1,000 employee surveys across MBK's 32 locations and home office.
