Although many states were shutdown during the early stages of COVID-19, effectively COVID-19 became the tool of choice to evade the production of statutorily required producible records by the obligatory party. Even after 2022, the FBI, without basis, continued to refuse to produce the demanded records, which as a consequence resulted in at least three (3) climbs up the ladder to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City, NY.
