CANON CITY, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- It's amazing to see the drive and determination of Gregory Thomas. It is no secret that he was recently convicted of a crime that he did not commit but he has defied the odds and is still developing and operating successful businesses from inside prison walls.          We recently spoke with Greg in 3 consecutive 20 minute phone calls and were totally encouraged by his optimism and never give up attitude. "Where I am, doesn't change who I am!" Greg stated firmly. He has not only taken on a new business venture. He is teaching Financial Literacy to fellow prisoners in hopes of changing their lives for the better.          In addition to working and teaching, Greg is actively involved in music programs and various voluntary activities.
