• Open Government Access: Monthly "Governor's Forum" town halls — streamed statewide — where Coloradans can question the Governor, agency heads, and legislators directly.
• Ethics and Integrity Reform: Mandatory financial disclosure for senior appointees, strengthened whistleblower protections, and an independent Office of Public Accountability reporting directly to citizens.
• People-Driven Decision-Making: Policies will be tested against a single standard — the measurable wellbeing of Colorado families. If it doesn't help households thrive, it doesn't get signed.
• Civic Participation: Launch of the Colorado Civic Service Corps, empowering citizens to participate in community projects and policy feedback initiatives.

Thomas emphasized that protecting democracy isn't about partisanship — it's about stewardship.
