Drawing on nearly three decades of experience mentoring athletes, youth and justice-involved individuals, Charboneau blends personal stories with practical guidance aimed at helping readers navigate adversity, develop discipline and build stronger identities. The book expands on themes he has taught throughout his career in coaching, re-entry work, fatherhood advocacy and community mentorship.
