~ The Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Advisory Board is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Trails, Open Space, and Parks (TOPS) Working Committee as volunteers. This committee plays a crucial role in the growth and development of our community parks.
According to the TOPS Ordinance, the committee consists of nine members who are appointed by the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Advisory Board. These members work together to guide the city in acquiring, preserving, and developing trails, parks, and open spaces for future generations in the Pikes Peak region.

Meetings are held on a monthly basis on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. at the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services administration building located at 1401 Recreation Way. Interested individuals can apply by submitting their application by Thursday, January 9th, 2025 at ColoradoSprings.gov/apply-boards-commissions-committees.
