Smith's organization, OneBody ENT, includes two sub-organizations - Men of Influence and Women of Impact. Together, they have been instrumental in promoting positive change and unity in Southeast Colorado Springs. OneBody ENT offers various initiatives such as community outreach, education, mentorship, violence interruption, performing arts, entertainment, and social gatherings.
