Smith's organization, OneBody ENT, includes two sub-organizations - Men of Influence and Women of Impact. Together, they have been instrumental in promoting positive change and unity in Southeast Colorado Springs. Their mission is to serve youth and adults by providing resources and support to prevent criminal offenses and re-offenses.
OneBody ENT offers various initiatives such as community outreach, education, mentorship, violence interruption, performing arts, entertainment, and social gatherings. These activities provide positive outlets for individuals to engage in wholesome activities and surround themselves with like-minded peers.
The K Land neighborhood has been particularly impacted by OneBody ENT's efforts. Through their work, they have created a brighter future for many residents in this area. The greater Colorado Springs community has also benefited from their initiatives.
