~ Colorado Springs, CO- The City's Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2024 program year will be available for public review and comment starting June 3, 2025. This report outlines the outcomes of funding received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The draft report will be accessible online at the Housing and Homelessness Response Department website, coloradosprings.gov/HousingHomelessnessResponse, from June 3 to June 17, 2025. It will also be available for review at three physical locations during normal business hours: the Housing and Homelessness Response Department, Office of the City Clerk, and City Hall.
Individuals, groups, or agencies are encouraged to submit written comments on the draft report to the Colorado Springs Housing and Homelessness Response Department by mail or email. They can also provide comments by calling (719) 385-5912. All comments must be received by June 17, 2025, to be considered by the department.
