Colorado: Governor Polis Appoints Kimberlee R. Keleher to the Phillips County Court

DENVER - Today, Governor Polis appointed Kimberlee R. Keleher to the Phillips County Court in the 13th Judicial District. The vacancy is occasioned by the appointment of the Honorable Kimbra L. Killin to the 13th Judicial District Court and is effective immediately.

Ms. Keleher is an Associate Attorney at Keller Law, LLC, a position she has held since 2025. Her practice consists primarily of property, probate, and municipal litigation. Previously, she was an Assistant County Attorney for Logan County (2015-2025); Associate Attorney at The Frickey Law Firm (2012-2016); and Deputy District Attorney for Weld County (2011-2012). Ms. Keleher earned her B.A. from Chadron State College in 2007 and her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2010.
