DENVER ~ In a recent announcement, the Governor of Colorado has appointed Christine A. Washburn to serve as a judge in the 18th Judicial District Court. This appointment comes after the resignation of Honorable Cajardo R. Lindsey and will officially take effect on September 4, 2024.

Ms. Washburn brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having served as a Magistrate in the 18th Judicial District since 2023. In this position, she primarily handled domestic cases. Prior to that, she worked as a Legal Research Attorney in the same district and also served as a part-time Magistrate for the Denver County Court.
