~ Denver, CO - Jordon Perlmutter & Co. and Rockefeller Group have recently celebrated the grand opening of their first joint venture, Paradigm River North. The Class AA office building is located at 3400 Walnut St. in Denver's River North Art District (RiNo).

With a combined experience of over 160 years in real estate development, Jordon Perlmutter & Co. and Rockefeller Group have brought their expertise to create a state-of-the-art office building in one of the most exciting destinations along the Front Range.

Designed by Denver-based Tryba Architects, Paradigm River North offers 188,000 square feet of Class AA office space across eight stories, as well as 12,000 square feet of dedicated ground floor retail. The building features an art program curated by NINE dot Arts and various smart building technology integrations such as a network of sensors and automation features to optimize the tenant experience. Tenants will also have access to smart phone entry, valet-run parking for convenience, a high-end bike room for multimodal transit, and spacious outdoor terraces on every floor for open air access and natural light-filled environments.

Paradigm River North has already secured an 80,000-square-foot pre-lease with law firm Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. The firm is currently completing their office build out and will occupy the top three floors.
