The competition brought together over 130 participants from across the globe, organized into more than 30 teams to tackle real-world supply chain challenges. Participants engaged in a comprehensive simulation designed to test their ability to improve operational performance and align strategic goals. Mike Loughrin and Mara Irons demonstrated exceptional leadership and collaboration, contributing significantly to their team's success.

This mixed team included participants from McGill University, Louisiana State University Shreveport, Transformance Advisors, Washington University of Science & Technology, and the University of British Columbia. Alongside Mike Loughrin and Mara Irons, the other team members were Nicolai Rassolov, Abrar Khan, and Yu-Cheng Chien.
