WASHINGTON, Aug. 27, 2025 ~ The National Safety Council has recently announced its 16th class of Rising Stars of Safety, recognizing 41 safety professionals under the age of 40 who have shown a strong commitment to improving safety within their organizations through impactful initiatives. This prestigious award is sponsored by Dow and the recipients will be featured in the September issue of Safety+Health magazine.
Among the honorees are Alex Rigby, Safety and Security Manager at AlexRenew, Andrea D. Gonzales, Risk Management Safety Advisor for the City of Houston, and Brittany Jones, Senior Program Manager for Workplace Health and Safety at Amazon. These individuals have all demonstrated exceptional leadership in promoting safety within their respective organizations.
Other notable recipients include Chiara Ajeje, EHS Senior Consultant at Corteva Agriscience, Clement M. Bouloiseau, Occupational Superintendent for the 9th Reconnaissance Wing in the U.S. Air Force, and Corey P. Holt, Accessories Functional Area Manager for Air Force Global Strike Command in the U.S. Air Force.

The Class of 2025 also includes individuals from various industries such as construction, education, healthcare, and transportation. Each honoree has made significant contributions to improving safety within their organization and beyond.
