WOBURN, Mass. - ColoradoDesk -- Ink manufacturing tech company Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc. announces CPSIA certification for the Natron M87, M74F, and G1 UV ink adhesion promoters. These primers were developed by Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc.'s team in the United States to improve UV inkjet ink adhesion on hard-to-print substrates such as Glass, Acrylic, Stainless steel, Formica, Coated metals, etc.

Promotional products (drinkware), food packaging, and toy industry require CPSIA certification which confirms that these primers do not contain heavy metals or phthalates.

These UV adhesion promoters work well with both UV printers and digital cylinder printers. Typical applications include:
  • Natron® M87 UV inkjet primer: This is an excellent adhesion promoter for Formica, all metals, and coated metals including polyester solid color-based powder.
  • Natron® M74F UV metal adhesion promoter: Formulated for stainless steel, coated metals, and acrylic. This is the only ink adhesion promoter that does create streaks on acrylic substrates.
  • The G1 is an Adhesion Promoter for Glass, Ceramics, and tiles.

Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc., inkjet primers allow contract digital printing and decorating companies to print on hard to print substrates with inkjet inks. These adhesion promoters are 100% compatible with all UV/ UV-LED inkjet inks, solvent based inkjet inks, screen, and pad printing inks.
