DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- Mod livin Modern Furniture (http://www.modlivin.com), the Denver-based purveyor of modern and mid-century modern home furnishings and accessories, made it official that Craig Troyer will be the new owner of mod livin and modlivin.com as of July 1, 2021.
To celebrate the transition mod livin is having a "CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP SALE" JUNE 25,26,+27th. So stop by and tip a glass or two with us and celebrate Erick and Jill's transition to retirement life and pick up a bargin or two!
"After 20 years of doing what we love the most (and meeting some of the most amazing people,) it's time to say 'so long' for now, and pass on the reigns (including Bludot (https://modlivin.com/blu-dot-1/), Gus Modern (https://modlivin.com/brands/gus-modern/) and all the other great brands (https://modlivin.com/brands/) we carry) to our store manager Craig Troyer" says founders Erick Roorda and Jill Warner.

The 10,000 square foot retail space in the Park Hill Neighborhood will remain the home of mod livin until sometime next year. Mod Livin' will continue to carry vintage items from the 20's-80's and new modern by their special manufacturers of Blu Dot from Minneapolis and Gus* Modern furniture collection out of Toronto, Pablo Designs, LAXseries, Emeco and many more.
"I am so excited for this new opportunity to own a small business. It has been a lifelong dream of mine" explains Craig.

Mod Livin' Modern Furniture was born in the summer of 2001 by husband-wife team Erick Roorda & Jill Warner, with the belief that good design doesn't have an expiration date. Embracing the designs of our forefathers while championing those of our peers both locally and internationally, Mod Livin' has carved out a unique space for itself.
