Denver ~ Eastern Union, one of the leading commercial mortgage brokerages in America, has recently welcomed Jarrod Glodt of Denver as their newest senior loan consultant. With over ten years of experience in the banking industry, Glodt will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial real estate transactions.

As president and CEO of Eastern Union, Abe Bergman expressed his excitement about Glodt joining the team. "Jarrod Glodt's background in construction and real estate development gives him a highly valuable understanding of the complexities of the commercial lending process," said Bergman. "His on-point banking world experience will sharpen Eastern Union's ability to evaluate transactions from the lender's perspective."

Glodt brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role, having previously served as a vice president and senior relationship officer at UMB Bank. His expertise lies in commercial lending, ground-up construction, investment real estate development, and managing transactions involving owner-occupied real estate. He also has extensive experience in SBA 7A and 504 lending, including merger and acquisition deals.

In addition to his experience with UMB Bank, Glodt has also worked as a business development officer with Wells Fargo and a business banking officer with U.S. Bank. This has allowed him to build a wide network of relationships across the commercial real estate world.

Glodt will report directly to senior managing director Marc Tropp, who oversees Eastern Union's Mid-Atlantic Region office in Bethesda, MD alongside senior managing director David Merkin.
